&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Salary £36,555 to £54,804 p.a.&lt;/strong&gt; (dependent on experience) plus essential car user allowance&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recruitment Allowance up to £5480&lt;/strong&gt; (upon successful completion of the probation period)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Full-time (36 hours flexible)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking for an experienced officer to join our busy but friendly and supportive Environmental Health team. You will work in the Residential team, and your duties will cover general nuisance investigations, all aspects of private sector housing, including the licensing of houses in multiple occupation, other housing work including the implementation of the new Renters’ Rights Act, the investigation of social housing complaints and public health tasks. Experience in the investigation of noise complaints and an interest in this area would be an advantage.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You will be enthusiastic, committed, self-motivated and have a positive attitude. You must be an excellent communicator and team player with sound time management skills and be confident in dealing with members of the public.&amp;nbsp; You must be able to demonstrate your ability to adapt to changing priorities and work to tight deadlines.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking to appoint a temporary maternity cover Meal on Wheels Driver to work two evenings per week. The role will be based at The Fordbridge Centre in Ashford.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your main duty will be to cover our meals on wheels deliveries. This will involve loading meals into the van’s ovens for cooking, driving, and delivering meals to vulnerable people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is a fulfilling role that requires the ability to think on your feet and to communicate well with others. You will be working primarily with older people who are often very vulnerable so will need a caring disposition, remain calm in all circumstances and be flexible.&amp;nbsp; Previous experience is desirable, although training will be provided.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A full manual driving licence is essential. You will also be required to take a driving medical and food handling medical.&lt;/p&gt;
